A research infrastructure can be constructed on a single site (for example, a particle accelerator) or distributed to many distant sites (for example a Central data service based on many observation stations).

Our service covers the organization including all aspects of governance up to the choice of the legal form, the management plan for the control of all costs (investment, running costs, human resources and contingencies) for the phases of the project, the interfaces with all external parties (factories, services, laboratories ...) contractual relationships, and documentation.
