Assistance in individual and collective changes and the prevention of psycho-social risks |
|
Presently, numerous public and private organizations are facing dysfunction situations leading to identity and meaning losses for workers. The outcomes are medical or psychological disorders. In Europe, 22 % of workers estimate that they are affected by stress during their work meaning that such stress represents one of the main health problems in working organizations. Such stress has also consequences outside work, i.e. in the family and social life.
We step in the prevention phase at the individual level for reducing the consequences of stress on individuals (cognitive therapies, coaching, debriefing) under short-term and at the collective level : pre-diagnostic, extensive diagnostic, set-up a multidisciplinary pilot group, build-up an action plan to reduce on a long term basis stress sources in working environment.
Our offer targets senior managers (at all levels) concerned by preventing psycho-social risks and social partners such as Unions, in the area of public research and higher education.
Our experience : presently we accompany several public organizations : i) preparing information about psycho-social risks targeted on staff ii) providing a multidisciplinary approach, with dialogue at all steps, to build-up an action plan in order to offer a sustainable strategy for preventing psycho-social risks.
